1. What is your pest control treatment process?
   To treat your home or business, we will first inspect the property to identify type of pest and source, then spray a pesticide that will kill the pests.
   

2. How long does treatment take?

   The duration of treatment depends on the size of your place and the severity of the infestation. The minimum duration is 45 minutes. For a large residence, the duration may be 2-3 hours.
   

3. How do I prepare for treatment?
   Remove all items from the surface of areas to be treated.
   Close all windows in the rooms to be treated.
   Plan to vacate the premises for 6 hours after treatment to avoid irritation from the strong odor of the pesticide.
   

4. What should I do after treatment?
   Leave the premises for 6 hours after treatment.
   When you return to the property, open the windows.
   Sweep up and dispose of any dead bugs.
   Mop the floor in the treatment area to remove any residue from the pesticide.
   The product will remain around the perimeter of the room (where wall and floor meet) and in any furniture that was sprayed, such as a bed frame.
   

5. Are there any special instructions for treatment of BedBugs?
   Yes. Remove all linens from the beds and place in plastic trash bags.
   Wash linens in very hot water before using them again.
   Remove all shoes, clothes and any other objects that can absorb the pesticide from the floor, such as pillows and blankets.
   

6. What areas do you service?

8. Do you offer a guarantee?
   Yes, for treatment of a normal volume of bugs, if you see live bugs after our first treatment, we will provide a second treatment at no charge. Terms & Conditions: (1) this guarantee applies only for full price services. If you received a discounted or promotional rate on your first treatment, we will charge you for any follow-up treatments. (2) If you have a heavy infestation, such as visible, thick clusters of bugs, the free second treatment does not apply. Heavy infestations usually result from prolonged periods with no treatment. In such cases, exterminating all bugs will require multiple treatments at frequent intervals.
